Send a copyright notice

Use the DMCA notice form to report material you believe infringes your copyright. You can also contact our designated agent by email, phone, or mail:

Include your signature; the copyrighted work; the specific OneClubOS material and information sufficient to locate it; your contact information; your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and a statement that your information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner, made under penalty of perjury.

What happens next

We review copyright notices and, where appropriate, act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the identified material. We take reasonable steps to notify the person who uploaded it. We may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

If your material was removed by mistake

You may send a DMCA counter-notice to our agent. Identify the removed material and where it appeared; provide your signature and contact details; state under penalty of perjury that you believe removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification; and include the required consent to federal court jurisdiction and service of process. The counter-notice form explains these requirements.

After a valid counter-notice, we may restore access in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action seeking to restrain the disputed use.
